Return/Exchange Policies

Please follow the recommendations below to make return/exchange service as simple as possible Please contact our customer service department within 30 days after receipt to obtain a return/exchange permission and return address. We do not accept returned packages unless authorised by customer service. We will accept returns only if our items have quality issues.Please allow for some colour and size variations; this is unavoidable. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with the original tags and panty protecting strip still attached. Items returned with obvious wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other product stains will be refused.
